What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Landlord also claimed NSF cheque charges and related administration charges.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $15.00, which represents the balance of the Landlord's cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by November 6, 2021, they will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
