The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by December 11, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,754.04 plus $37.15 per day starting November 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 11, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
