What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as per a previous order. The Tenant did not meet the condition specified in the previous order to pay $1,000 by July 1, 2021.
The ruling
The previous order SOL-19583-20 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by August 24, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,109.97 plus $32.22 per day from August 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 24, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
