The tenancy is terminated effective October 2, 2015 unless the Tenant pays $834.05 on or before September 30, 2015 or $1,584.05 on or before October 2, 2015 to void the order. The Landlord is authorized to offset $24.66 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting September 22, 2015 to the date the Tenant moves out and $170.00 for the cost of filing the application from the amount the Landlord owes the Tenant.
