What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as specified in a previous mediated settlement. The Tenant did not attend the hearing.

The ruling

The mediated agreement is cancelled. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $7,933.06 in arrears and costs by making monthly payments of $350 from April 2021 to February 2023, as well as paying the regular rent on time. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant without further notice.
