What happened

Tenants made various applications to the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) because they believed the Landlord charged them illegal rent, reduced or discontinued a service or facility, entered the rental unit illegally, substantially interfered with their reasonable enjoyment, harassed, coerced, obstructed, threatened, or interfered with them, and withheld or interfered with vital services.

The ruling

The Tenants' applications (TET-91112-18 & TET-91722-18) are dismissed because the Tenants did not pay the outstanding fine to the Board by the deadline set in the interim order, and the Tenants did not attend the scheduled hearing.
