The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 30, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,382 in rent arrears and costs, plus $18.51 per day in compensation starting January 1, 2022 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 30, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
