What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. Tenants had informed Landlord of their intention to terminate the tenancy but continued to occupy the unit without paying rent.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 19, 2022. Tenants must vacate the rental unit by this date. If not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for eviction enforcement starting November 20, 2022.
