The ruling
The hearing is adjourned peremptory on the Tenant. The Tenant must pay October 2022 rent by October 7, 2022, and subsequent months' rent by the first of each month. Both parties must serve and file any evidence by October 30, 2022. If the Tenant fails to make payments, the Landlord may request rescheduling of the L1 application.
