What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 28, 2022, unless Tenants void the order by paying $10,506.00 by that date. Tenants must pay $7,613.86 plus $56.55 per day starting February 11, 2022. If not paid by February 28, 2022, Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting March 1, 2022. The eviction order expires on September 1, 2022, if not filed with the Sheriff by then.
