The tenancy is terminated effective January 24, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $10,684.76, less any payments made after the application was filed on September 20, 2022. The Tenant will also owe $34.52 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting January 14, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
