What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The previous order CEL-97988-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated effective September 28, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $3,981.01 in rent arrears and $67.20 per day in compensation starting September 1, 2021 until they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 28, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
