Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as per the terms of a previous mediated settlement.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 16, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $11,553.70 plus $92.05 per day starting June 1, 2020 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 16, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
