The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before April 30, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by April 30, 2021, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for eviction enforcement starting May 1, 2021.
