The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $12,509.42, which includes rent arrears up to the move-out date and the cost of filing the application, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 17, 2022, they will start owing interest at 3% annually on the outstanding balance.
