What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to the Landlords' good faith requirement of the rental unit for their own personal residential occupation for at least one year. The Landlords served a valid N12 notice on the Tenants.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before April 30, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting May 1, 2022.
