The tenancy is terminated effective August 23, 2021. The Tenant must move out by that date. The Tenant can void the eviction order by paying $236.00 to the Landlord or the Board by August 23, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by August 23, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
