What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation by his daughter.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated as of December 31, 2021. The Tenant must move out by March 31, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by this date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting April 1, 2022.
