What happened

The ruling

The Landlord's application for eviction is denied on the condition that the Tenant pays $450 per month towards the arrears from November 2020 to September 2021, and the full monthly rent from November 2020 to October 2021. If the Tenant fails to make any of these payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
