What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $8,441.01 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by September 23, 2022. The Tenant will owe daily compensation of $41.41 for any continued occupancy after August 30, 2022.
