What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation by their son. The Landlords also claimed compensation for each day the Tenants remained in the unit after the termination date.

The ruling

The Landlords' request for review of order SOL-21648-21 is denied. The order issued on August 31, 2021, which dismissed the Landlords' application to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants, is confirmed and remains unchanged.
