What happened

The ruling

The Tenant was ordered to pay the Landlord $17,017.54 in rent arrears and compensation, $190 in application filing fees, and $2,135.70 for the cost of repairing the damaged entry door and lock. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 13, 2021, they will owe simple interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
