The Tenants must pay the Landlord $6,154.60, which represents the rent arrears and compensation up to August 17, 2021, plus $201.00 for the application filing fee. The Tenants must also pay $36.56 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting August 18, 2021 until they move out. If the full amount is not paid by August 28, 2021, the Tenants will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
