What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's written notice to terminate the tenancy. The Tenant had initially provided a notice to terminate the tenancy on December 31, 2020, but later requested an extension to January 31, 2021, which the Landlord agreed to. The ruling
