What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 28, 2021. The Landlord is authorized to offset $49.86 per day for compensation for the Tenants' use of the unit starting February 18, 2021 until the Tenants move out. The Landlord or Tenant shall pay any sum of money owed as a result of this order. If the unit is not vacated by February 28, 2021, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement starting March 1, 2021.
