The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of August 31, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before August 31, 2021. The Landlord shall pay to the Tenant $4,680.00, which represents four months rent as compensation to the Tenant for leaving the rental unit. The outstanding rent arrears are forgiven in their entirety by the Landlord.
