What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective September 15, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. If the Tenant remains after September 15, 2021, the Tenant must pay the Landlord $14.06 per day in compensation. The Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction on or after September 16, 2021.
