The ruling

The previous order TEL-17978-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must move out by January 24, 2022. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $7,786 for rent arrears and the previous application fee, plus $70.68 per day for compensation starting January 1, 2022 until they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by January 24, 2022, they will owe interest starting January 25, 2022.
