What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $9,947.00 on or before October 31, 2022. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must move out by October 31, 2022, and pay $9,302.31 plus $33.21 per day from October 12, 2022, until they move out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting November 1, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
