What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The N4 Notice of Termination was incorrect, so the Landlord chose to convert the L1 application for arrears and eviction to an L9 application for arrears only.
The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $11,625.78 in rent arrears and $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 6, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
