What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless Tenants void the order by paying specified amounts by July 31, 2022, or August 8, 2022. If not voided, Tenants must vacate by August 8, 2022, and pay $514.29 plus $53.21 per day from July 7, 2022, until move-out. Eviction can be enforced from August 9, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
