What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant, their guests, and other occupants substantially interfering with the Landlord's reasonable enjoyment and causing undue damage to the premises.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 3, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 3, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting July 4, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by July 3, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
