What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The condition was for the Tenant to ensure the outstanding water account was in good standing and all water utility payments were made on time for a 12-month period.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 15, 2022, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated by February 15, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement of the eviction.
