What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent. The Landlord served a valid N8 Notice of Termination with a termination date of November 30, 2019.
The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the full monthly rent on or before the 1st of each month for a 12-month period from October 1, 2020 to September 1, 2021. If the Tenant fails to make any of these payments on time, the Landlord can apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant shall also pay the $175 application fee by October 15, 2020.
