What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $16,806 by October 23, 2022 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by October 23, 2022 and pay the Landlord $13,893.24 plus daily compensation of $45.53 per day starting September 28, 2022.
