What happened
Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenants; entered the rental unit illegally; and substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex. The Tenants also applied for an order determining that the Landlord failed to meet the Landlord's maintenance obligations.
The ruling
The Landlord is ordered to pay the Tenants $240.87, which includes $37.87 for out-of-pocket expenses for street parking and $150.00 for illegal entries to the Tenants' unit. The Landlord shall pay the Tenants the full amount owing by May 26, 2023. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenants the full amount owing by May 26, 2023, they will owe interest at 6.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
