What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent and breach of a previous order. The Tenant had failed to make the agreed-upon monthly payments towards rent arrears and had also failed to pay July, August and September rent.

The motion to set aside the previous order SWL-49982-21, issued on March 28, 2021, is denied. The stay of order SWL-49982-21 is lifted immediately.
