The tenancy is terminated effective January 28, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,957.21 (less any payments made after the application was filed), representing rent arrears, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $70.68 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting January 18, 2023 until the Tenant vacates.
