What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective February 06, 2023, due to the Tenants' failure to comply with a condition in a previous LTB order. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by this date. If they do not, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for eviction enforcement starting February 07, 2023.
