What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 5, 2021. The Tenant must move out by this date. If the unit is not vacated by July 5, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement starting July 6, 2021. The Tenant shall pay $44.37 per day for use of the unit from June 25, 2021 until the move-out date.
