The tenancy is terminated effective March 31, 2023, based on an agreement between the Landlords and Tenant. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting April 1, 2023.
