What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because Tenant's employment as a security guard has ended. The Tenant was provided the rental unit by the Landlord to provide security for a former tenant who was causing problems and damage to the residential complex. The former tenant no longer resides in the residential complex, so the Landlord informed the Tenant that his employment was no longer required effective August 20, 2020.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated on January 31, 2021. The Tenant shall vacate the rental unit on or before January 31, 2021. If the Tenant does not vacate the rental unit on or before January 31, 2021 then starting February 1, 2021 the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
