What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent. The Tenant has paid rent late every month from November 2019 to August 2021.

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the full monthly rent on the first day of each month for the period October 1, 2021 to September 1, 2022. If the Tenant fails to make a payment, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant without further notice. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application.
