The previous order CEL-95594-20-RV-AM is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by September 4, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $11,214.79, which includes rent arrears up to August 24, 2021 and the costs related to the previous application. If the Tenant does not pay by September 4, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
