The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 21, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $2,212.22, plus $40.64 per day starting November 11, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the full amount is not paid by November 21, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by November 21, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
