What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant had paid all rent owing up to November 30, 2020 prior to the hearing.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord's filing costs of $190 by January 31, 2021. If the Tenant does not pay by the due date, they will owe simple interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
