What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet the conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 4, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $6,232.70, plus $32.88 per day starting March 25, 2021 until the unit is vacated. If the full amount is not paid by April 4, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
