What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on June 5, 2019 with respect to application SWL-29956-19.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by August 16, 2020. The Tenant owes no money to the Landlord as the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant exceeds the application filing fee and NSF cheque charges owed to the Landlord.
