What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Landlord's good faith requirement for personal use of the rental unit for at least one year.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 31, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting August 1, 2022. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $36.16 per day for compensation for use of the unit from December 31, 2021 until the Tenant moves out.
