What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 24, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $8,941.42, which includes rent arrears up to May 13, 2021 and the costs related to the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay $45.36 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting May 14, 2021 until they vacate. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount owing by May 24, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
